Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager in Tax Compliance. 
This role involves managing a portfolio of clients' direct tax compliance needs and serving as their primary point of contact to build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will supervise team members, ensure quality deliverables, contribute to process improvements, and support business development initiatives. A proactive approach and strong management abilities are crucial for thriving in this position.

What you will be working on

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of existing clients and manage their direct tax compliance needs;
  • Be the main point of contact for your clients and develop long-term relationships based on trust and responsiveness;
  • Supervise and coach team members, ensuring quality and efficiency in deliverables;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal processes and tools;
  • Support business development initiatives and spot opportunities to grow existing client relationships.

What we look for

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Economics, Tax, Accounting or a related field;
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in direct tax, ideally gained in a Big Four or advisory firm;
  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written);
  • You are autonomous, client-oriented, and eager to take responsibility and grow in a managerial position;
  • You are organized, solution-driven, and thrive in a team environment.
