We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager for our Technology Risk team in Risk Consulting
 
 
Join our dynamic Consulting team as an Assistant Manager or Manager specializing in Technology Risk. We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to our growing practice, offering a wide range of services that include advising clients on cyber and technology risk strategy, identification, measurement, mitigation, and compliance with laws and regulations such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act), and the AI Act (Artificial Intelligence Act).
We serve clients across various sectors, including finance, corporates, industrials, and the public sector. As regulations around cyber and technology risks evolve, organizations need robust frameworks to assess risks and seize new opportunities. What you will be working on

  • Lead and Manage Client Engagements: Cover all facets of technology-related risks by analyzing, designing, and implementing risk and regulatory solutions in line with applicable regulations and market-leading practices in cyber security and technology.
  • Intersect Technology, Legal, and Business: Work at the crossroads of these fields, bringing them together in pragmatic and meaningful ways.
  • Support Clients in Complex Environments: Help clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes in a rapidly evolving digital market. Collaborate to identify opportunities and guide them in making risk-based business decisions.
  • Typical Engagements Include:
    • Assisting clients in analyzing the impact of upcoming regulatory changes and implementing required measures.
    • Reviewing and redesigning IT security governance control environments.
    • Offering comprehensive DPO (Data Protection Officer) as a Service.
    • Delivering training and awareness programs.
    • Conducting impact assessments and designing strategic roadmaps.
  • Integrate with a Dynamic Team: Join a young, energetic, and growing team. Work closely with colleagues in Luxembourg and from our global network while engaging extensively with diverse clients. Contribute to developing and mentoring our people.
  • Shape the Future of Technology Risk: Stay abreast of technological evolutions and identify opportunities to help our clients maximize their potential.

 

What we look for

  • Professional Qualities: Open-minded, disciplined, and pragmatic.
  • Educational Background: Master's degree in Information Technology or Information Technology-related law.
  • Experience: Between 4 and 7 years of relevant experience in Technology Risk or related fields.
  • Consulting Mindset: Thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at coordinating diverse teams and resources to deliver client solutions.
  • Business Acumen: Possess a business-driven, agile, and pragmatic approach, understanding how regulatory compliance interacts with business objectives.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with IT regulatory aspects or the financial services industry, preferably in a cyber or tech function. Knowledge of GDPR, NIS2, DORA, or the EU AI Act is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to synthesize complex regulatory and technological matters and explain them to various audiences.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in French and/or German is considered a strong asset.
