Forget the traditional job interview process. KPMG Luxembourg’s Audit Recruitment Days are a two-day immersive experience  designed to give you a real feel for what it means to be an Auditor at KPMG. Through interactive challenges, innovative assessment activities you’ll get the chance to explore how modern audit is evolving while also getting to know our people, our culture and life in Luxembourg, all while being considered for a career opportunity at KPMG Luxembourg.. 

Audit is evolving rapidly. Emerging technologies, data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) are transforming the profession, creating exciting opportunities for curious minds who combine strong business understanding with a passion for innovation. 

Whether your background is in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering or Technology, the Recruitment Days will allow you to experience how modern Audit combines professional judgment, technology and collaboration to create trust. 

What to expect

🗓 Day 1 - Step into #TeamBlue: You’ll start the day at our KPMG Luxembourg headquarters where you’ll kick things off with interactive presentations about KPMG and the world of Audit. After lunch, you’ll dive into the Audit Tech Challenge, a collaborative activity that gives you a real taste of modern Audit in action. In the afternoon, you’ll get to discover Luxembourg through a fun team-based urban rally. The day will end with a special networking dinner with our Partners and Service Line Leaders before returning to your accommodation for the night, provided by KPMG. 
🗓 Day 2 - Time to shine: This is where you’ll show your strengths and take part in your a business interview with our Audit professionals. Following the interview, you’ll get to participate in an engaging Virtual Reality Cchallenge, meet our people in a lively speed-networking session, and have an exclusive office tour. We’ll wrap the day up with lunch followed by a closing session, where a few surprises and highlights await! 
📩 The following week, you’ll receive feedback because we value transparency and growth! If the outcome is positive, you will also receive a job offer to join KPMG Luxembourg. 

Your future role

As a Junior Auditor, you'll do much more than just review financial information. 

You'll combine audit expertise with technology, data and innovation to help clients build trust in an increasingly digital world. Your responsibilities will include: 

✅ Applying your accounting and finance knowledge to real client engagements using IFRS, Luxembourg GAAP and international auditing standards.  

✅ Working alongside experienced auditors to understand business processes, identify risks and deliver high-quality audits.  

✅ Leveraging data, technology and emerging AI-enabled tools to support audit procedures and improve efficiency.  

✅ Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business challenges.  

✅ Contributing to innovative projects that improve audit methodologies, data analytics and digital transformation.  

✅ Continuously developing both your audit expertise and your digital capabilities throughout your career. 

Who we're looking for

We’re looking for ambitious, sharp-minded people who are ready to grow and make an impact with us at KPMG Luxembourg. If you check these boxes, we want to hear from you! Here’s what you need to know: 

✔️Start date: We are looking for candidates available to start in October 2027 and January 2028. 
✔️Education: You have (or will soon have) a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audit, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or IT. Bonus points if you’re interested in professional accountancy qualifications (e.g., IRE). 
✔️Languages: You’re fluent in English, plus either French, German, or Luxembourgish. 
✔️Mindset: Analytical, curious about technology, eager to learn, collaborative and ready to embrace innovation.  
✔️Integrity: You value quality, ethics and doing the right thing.
