Job Description

We are seeking a Junior and/or Trainee in Management Consulting

Our Consulting practice – dedicated to the financial services, corporate, industrial and public sector industries – is looking for motivated, forward-thinking, and skilled people to join the team from January 2025 to make a difference to our clients, people, and communities. What you will be working on

  • Participating in projects with market leading clients of the financial services, corporate, industrial and public sector industries, i.e., the asset management & asset servicing, banks, insurance companies, corporates and government agencies by bridging business and cutting-edge technology. 
  • Being involved in the analysis, design & execution of target operating and/or service models as part of major transformations (business and/or technology transformations, post-merger integration, business migration, implementation of new software, etc.). 
  • Taking part in (re)defining processes, gathering and document business requirements, running workshops, ensuring sustainable improvements. 
  • Gathering, analyzing, specifying, and validating stakeholder’s business needs. 
  • Supporting the engagement manager and project manager in preparing meetings and supporting materials. 
  • Working closely with senior decision makers at client level. 
  • Developing close business relationships with colleagues and clients to ensure an efficient coordination and to maximize value creation. 
  • Integrating a young, dynamic team, work closely with our experienced consultants, and have extensive exchanges with different clients.

What we look for

  • You are in your final year of a master’s degree/PhD in either business economics, finance, accounting, mathematics. Holding or currently pursuing a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, FRM is a plus.  
  • You already have knowledge about or exposure to the financial services industry (e.g. via relevant internships), preferably in accounting or finance departments.  
  • You are familiar with financial reporting topics and IFRS. 
  • You display a positive and enthusiastic attitude and can work efficiently and accurately in a challenging environment. 
  • You can write and structure a “complex” email/short text. 
  • You seek to work in an international and multi-cultural environment. 
  • You are fluent in English and have a good command of French/German. Any additional language will be considered as an advantage.
