What it’s like to be a Junior or Trainee in Management Consulting at KPMG

We’re looking for driven individuals from business, finance, or technology backgrounds who are excited about shaping change.

From day one, you’ll be hands-on:
✅ Team up on transformation projects across banking, asset management, insurance and government.

✅ Help redesign how businesses run – post-merger moves, system upgrades and service delivery glow-ups.

✅ Create sharp reports, client decks and project docs that make an impact.

✅ Team up with managers to keep projects on track, hit milestones and deliver results.

✅ Share knowledge, build client relationships and spot ways to do things better.

✅ Be part of a dynamic crew working directly with clients – learn from the best while making your mark.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for ambitious, curious, and motivated people ready to crush it. If this sounds like you:

• Start date: January 2026
• Education: Graduate or final-year student of a Master's program in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Financial Engineering, IT or similar areas. Bonus points if you’re chasing certs like ACCA, CPA or FRM.
• Languages: Fluent in English and French. German or Luxembourgish is an asset.
• Skills: Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, problem-solving, people skills. You’re comfy in Word, PowerPoint and Excel – pivot tables, formulas, data visualizations.
• Industry knowledge: Bonus points if you’ve dipped into consulting, transformation, or finance through internships or university projects.
