What you will be working on

  • Ensure that data classification, retention, and security policies are correctly applied
  • Promote compliance with regulatory standards, including GDPR

Data Governance Audit:

  • Support the Data Governance Lead by providing governance insights and documentation during internal audits (RPA, IPCR, GQRM)

Documentation:

  • Work closely with the Data Engineering Lead to ensure that data transformation and quality rules are clearly documented and regularly updated

What we look for

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a data governance, data quality, or data management role
  • Solid understanding of data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM…)
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and data security policies (including GDPR)
  • Experience with data lineage and catalog tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Informatica…)
  • Experience in Microsoft Data environments is a plus

What will make you stand out

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Great communication skills — both technical and business-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with autonomy and structure
  • A passion for data quality, accuracy and collaboration
