What you will be working on

As the Head of IT Platforms and Operations, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and efficiency within our technology ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:
•    Leading and Inspiring Teams: Oversee IT Infrastructure (Networks and Systems), Digital Workplace, and Platform Engineering (DEVOPS) teams.
•    Driving Collaboration: Foster synergies across teams to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
•    Leveraging Emerging Technologies: Accelerate digital transformation and align IT strategies with business goals.
•    Enhancing the Digital Experience: Deliver solutions that support modern work environments and cloud-based technologies.
•    Global Collaboration: Work with KPMG teams worldwide to ensure compliance with global standards and practices.
•    Fostering Innovation: Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement to stay ahead in a fast-moving environment.
•    Monitoring Performance Metrics: Uphold quality standards and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Oversee IT infrastructure, digital workplace, and platform engineering teams to create a cohesive and efficient digital backbone.
•    Implement best practices to enhance team productivity and collaboration.
•    Optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce time to market.
•    Drive innovation by adopting cutting-edge technologies and solutions.
•    Ensure alignment with KPMG Global standards and support business objectives.
•    Promote a results-driven work environment that prioritizes continuous improvement.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
•    Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•    Strong expertise in IT infrastructure management, digital workplace solutions, and cloud technologies.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft products and DEVOPS practices.
•    Deep understanding of network and systems architecture.
•    Proven leadership experience, with a minimum of 10 years in IT management or a related field.
•    Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
•    Fluent in English (French or German is a plus).
