What you will be working on

As a key member of our Quality & Risk Management department, you will be responsible for managing and executing multiple projects related to independence compliance. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our independence processes.

What You Will Be Working On:
Compliance Management:
-    Ensure compliance with independence policies by implementing controls in accordance with local and global requirements.
-    Review compliance controls in line with KPMG’s procedures regarding independence.
Project Management:
-    Manage and execute multiple projects, delivering high-quality services on time and within budget.
-    Define deliverables, objectives, constraints, and assumptions throughout the project lifecycle.
Coaching and Development:
-    Coach and supervise the independence team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
-    Develop tailored training programs to enhance understanding of independence matters among business services.
Conflict Resolution:
-    Advise teams on independence and conflict of interest matters, supporting the resolution of conflicts as they arise.
Process Improvement:
-    Apply innovative techniques to suggest and implement process improvements in independence procedures.
-    Monitor the independence clearance process and support the Independence Team Leader in technology solution approvals.

What we look for

-    A Master’s degree in a business-related subject (e.g., risk management, audit).
-    A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance or audit.
-    Strong knowledge of independence rules and compliance frameworks.
-    Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-    Excellent management and coaching skills.
-    Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a precise and organized approach.
-    Ability to take initiative, be decisive, and work autonomously while fostering team spirit.
-    Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
