Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Global Mobility Advisor

With passion and purpose, we deliver modern tax services, data-driven solutions and the global mobility & people services organizations need to succeed. We connect the dots between the insights we uncover and the tangible ways those insights can transform clients’ organizations. Based in Luxembourg, this role offers a unique opportunity to start a career in an international and multicultural environment, supporting global mobility projects for leading organizations.

What you will be working on

  • Be exposed to international clients and collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced professionals and leadership, with a strong focus on development and coaching.
  • Enjoy working in a team and sharing knowledge.
  • Support the management of a portfolio of international clients across various industries.
  • Act as a junior point of contact for clients, with supervision and progressive autonomy.
  • Assist in the preparation of individual tax, payroll, immigration and social security analyses related to international assignments (with a focus on understanding global mobility concepts).
  • Contribute to global mobility projects and develop an understanding of cross-border mobility challenges and provide practical support to clients and assignees.

What we look for

  • A first experience or internship in tax, HR, mobility or a related field is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Organized and structured approach and follows up on files and ability to deliver the expected level of service to clients, within the expected deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and develop in an international Global Mobility environment.
  • Learning agility and analytical mindset.
  • Open minded work approach, agile and positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Capability to think in an innovative mindset and develop some human-centric key skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Strong interest in international environments and cross-border topics.
  • Ability to see oneself in a Mobility role in the long run.
  • Basic understanding of figures; willingness to develop financial and analytical skills over time.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory. French as an asset.
