Job Description

Join our KYC team and help protect the financial system by making sure we work with the right clients. You’ll dive into client information, analyze risks, and support teams across the firm to keep our onboarding process strong, safe, and efficient.

What you will be working on

  • Collect and review KYC documents from clients
  • Check that information is complete, accurate, and meets regulatory standards
  • Support Client Acceptance & Continuance processes in line with AML rules
  • Run detailed KYC/Customer Due Diligence checks
  • Identify beneficial owners, senior managers and potential PEPs
  • Understand the purpose and nature of client relationships
  • Use and master the CEAC process to assess client risk
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to gather missing information

What we look for

What you bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar KYC/Compliance/AML role
  • A good understanding of KYC, CDD and AML processes
  • Confidence using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to learn and apply the CEAC evaluation process
  • Knowledge of AML/CTF regulations in Luxembourg and internationally
  • Fluency in English; French or German is a strong advantage
