Job Description

Join our Marketing & Communications team as a Markets Project Management Trainee and gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery of strategic marketing initiatives, campaigns and business development activities.

Working closely with our Project Management Office (PMO), you will help coordinate projects, streamline processes and ensure timely execution of key deliverables across multiple teams.

What you will be working on

From day one, you'll contribute to real projects and develop valuable project management skills by:

• Supporting the coordination of marketing and communication projects across teams.
• Receiving and managing project requests through project management tools.
• Maintaining and updating project information to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Assisting with project planning and scheduling activities.
• Coordinating with external vendors and suppliers when required.
• Monitoring timelines and proactively identifying potential bottlenecks.
• Supporting resource allocation and workload visibility across projects.
• Participating in team meetings, documenting actions and following up on deliverables.
• Helping improve processes and ways of working within the Marketing & Communications department.

You are:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Communications or a related field.
• Completing a mandatory internship as part of your studies.
• Interested in project management and marketing operations.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Bonus points if you speak other languages (like French).
• Familiar with or interested in learning online project management tools.
• Organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• A proactive team player with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
