Job Description: Join Our Team as an IT Modern Workplace Administrator!

As an IT Modern Workplace Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our modern workplace environment. We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven to join our team and make an impact.
What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and secure operation of our digital workplace infrastructure. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration.
What You Will Be Working On:
- Infrastructure Design and Implementation:
- Design and implement infrastructure solutions to support the modern workplace environment, including collaboration tools and productivity applications.
- Deploy and manage infrastructure components such as servers, storage systems, and networking devices.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of the infrastructure by monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement robust security measures to protect the modern workplace environment.
- Technical Support and Documentation:
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, resolving infrastructure-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles for effective infrastructure management.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
- Participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users.
What We Look For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a systems or infrastructure engineer, specializing in modern workplace environments.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including server virtualization, cloud computing, networking, and storage systems.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies such as SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is considered an asset.
