What you will be working on

 

Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of Compensation/Benefits specialists and People Services professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance management to ensure team effectiveness.
  • Allocate tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
  • Be an active contributor within the People & Culture management team.

Reward & Benefits Strategy:

  • Develop, suggest and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent with the support of our Advisory Rewards team
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure that compensation structures are competitive within the industry and regulatory frameworks.
  • Partner with Finance and Business Leaders to ensure budget alignment and effective reward governance.

HR Operations & People Services:

  • Oversee the HR service delivery model, ensuring smooth and efficient employee lifecycle processes, including HR admin, payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
  • Optimize and digitize HR service delivery through technology and automation to enhance employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and governance frameworks related to pay and benefits.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in HR operations to streamline processes and improve service quality.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

  • Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and Finance teams to align reward strategies with broader talent and business objectives.
  • Coordinate internally with different stakeholders on the outsourcing strategy 
  • Contribute on the implementation of the comp & ben module of Success Factors  
  • Manage external providers, including benefits vendors, compensation consultants, and ensuring service quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Luxembourg regulatory bodies on compensation and benefits compliance matters.

What we look for

You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
Proficiency in English (French and German are considered as an asset).

Experience: 10+ years in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR Services, ideally within a Big 4, a financial professional services or a multinational environment in Luxembourg
Technical Expertise: 
Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and HR operations.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms (SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar) and data analytics.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of local labor laws, tax implications of rewards, and compliance requirements in different jurisdictions.
Inspiring leadership to help our teams grow, foster a cohesive and nice team atmosphere
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to interpret compensation data, market trends, and business needs to design effective reward strategies.
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders, finance teams, and external vendors.
Change Management: Experience in leading transformation projects related to HR operations, rewards, or digital HR solutions.
Team Management: Strong Team management skills including clear communication, setting achievable goals, and fostering a collaborative environment to ensure team members are motivated and aligned with organizational objectives
