Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Accountant for our Corporate & Accounting Services team
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented senior accountant with extensive experience in accounting principles and practices, particularly within the private equity and real estate sectors. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management of accounting records, prepare comprehensive financial statements, and provide strategic insights to our clients. You will lead diverse assignments, mentor junior staff, and foster strong client relationships in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What you will be working on

  • Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring full compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert support to clients in maintaining their accounting records, delivering high-level technical and business insights.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to devise and implement exceptional service solutions for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, demonstrating excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
  • Continuously enhance and share your technical knowledge of accounting principles and industry best practices with the team.
  • Manage and oversee assignments across various sectors, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Mentor and guide junior accountants, fostering their professional growth and development within the team.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

What we look for

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with significant exposure to real estate or private equity sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.
