Job Description
We are seeking a Senior / Assistant Manager
Our Insurance Audit Department is offering you new challenges. Seize the opportunity to increase your skills, grow and develop yourself, within a multi-disciplinary and multicultural team.
What you will be working on
- Provide audit services to a variety of insurance/reinsurance clients in compliance with International Standards on Auditing and KPMG Audit Methodology
- Have the opportunity to develop your skills in IFRS and local GAAP,
- Cover the regulatory aspects linked to the audit of insurance/reinsurance companies in Luxembourg,
- Coordinate on-site fieldwork at clients to ensure the smooth delivery of the Audit process,
- Support the manager in the overall performance of the audit,
- Be one of the main contact of your clients for the audit and regulatory services provided to them,
- Be part of a multicultural audit teams, lead, coordinate and develop a team of less experienced colleagues,
- Build and maintain a network of business contacts, with a focus on client relationships.
What we look for
- You obtained a master’s degree in Business Administration with main emphasis in Audit and Accounting.
- You are preferably professionally qualified or working towards obtaining a qualification (Réviseur d'entreprises, WP, ACCA, CPA).
- Gained professional experience of 2-5 years in external audit, ideally in insurance industry. Local knowledge is considered as a strong asset.
- Besides your technical skills, you are client-focused and team-driven, you display a strong client centricity, people leadership, are a very curious and agile person, eager meet new challenges and to evolve on the path of lifelong learning.
- Possesses excellent communication skills in English (German and/or French is a strong asset).
