Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager for our Management Consulting, Corporate and Public Sector team having experience in Healthcare. 

Our Management Consulting practice is looking for experienced people with project management, IT consulting and Process analysis skills to join the team as from now to make a difference to our clients, people, and communities.

What you will be working on

  • You will join our Corporate and Public Sector team to support the development of our services dedicated to the Healthcare industry.
  • You will support our market-leading clients across this industry (hospital groups, public administrations, and health authorities) by bridging business needs with cutting-edge technology to drive impactful transformation.
  • You will drive and facilitate initiatives to increase our visibility in this industry (events, newsletters, social media)
  • You will analyze, design, and enhance operational processes, care delivery pathways, and service models to improve efficiency, quality of care, and regulatory compliance.
  • You will play a vital role in major transformation programs, including digital health initiatives, technology-enabled transformations, post-merger integrations, business migrations, and implementation of systems such as EHR, HIS, and ERP.
  • You will diagnose, assess, and implement systems aligned with industry best practices, healthcare regulations (e.g. EHDS), and evolving digital and data standards.
  • You will collaborate closely with senior decision-makers, engaging with multiple stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem to ensure alignment and impact.
  • You will develop strong business relationships with colleagues and clients, ensuring efficient coordination and maximizing value creation throughout each project.

What we look for

  • A Master’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in consulting, healthcare transformation, or technology-driven change programs.
  • Strong knowledge of IT and digital transformation across healthcare and public/private sector environments, including interoperability, data governance, patient experience, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven project and program management skills including mastery of methodologies, communication, negotiation, scheduling, risk management, and problem-solving.
  • A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively and accurately in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
  • A strong commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing, contributing to the growth and expertise of your team.
  • Fluency in English and French or German, with additional language skills considered an asset.
