Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Tax Compliance – Alternative Investments
What you will be working on
You will have the opportunity to focus on all aspects relating to the taxation of investment funds.
By acting as a main point of contact you will:
- Be involved in the preparation and review of corporate tax returns for our national and international clients.
- Your work will also include the analysis of accounting information, as well as the preparation of tax provisions, and specific tax reporting. You may as well be involved in the preparation of tax due diligences in the context of an acquisition or an exit.
- Be part of a multicultural team of young and dynamic professionals, you will not only have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues from other functions within our office, but with colleagues worldwide.
- Review and control the preparation done by assistants and trainees, as well as coaching them.
- Be in contact with several clients for day-to-day activities.
What we look for
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax or Economics related.
- At least 2 years of experience gained in an accounting/consulting firm.
- Solid knowledge about the Luxembourg tax legislation system.
- Fully committed and ready to share your knowledge with the team.
- Keen sense of teamwork and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English. French, German or Luxemburgish will be considered as an advantage.
