What you will be working on

  • Provide effective support to operational teams across the firm.
  • Handle confidential information, including archives and incoming mail, with discretion and accuracy.
  • Organize, prioritize, and follow up on multiple tasks while respecting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a strong team spirit.
  • Deliver excellent service to internal clients, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

What we look for

  • Education: You hold a degree in administration or related field.
  • Experience: Previous professional experience in a similar role is a plus.
    Skills:
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Ability to manage several tasks at once and keep priorities clear.
  • Rigorous, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine team spirit.
  • Languages: You are fluent in English and French. Any additional language is an asset.
  • Tech: Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
