We are seeking a Staff Services Supervisor (m/f/d) to join our Facilities team.

As a Workplace Supervisor, you will play a key role in coordinating the team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring a consistently high level of employee and internal client satisfaction.

You will be responsible for:
•    Coordinating daily Staff Services operations and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
•    Planning and organizing work, including timelines, resource allocation and prioritization.
•    Managing and monitoring multiple activities and projects simultaneously, ensuring effective follow-up.
•    Supervising, coaching and supporting a team of junior staff members.
•    Organizing schedules, prioritizing workloads, delegating effectively and managing team capacity.
•    Acting as a primary point of contact for external service providers, overseeing contracts and managing attendance schedules.
•    Monitoring employee and internal client satisfaction, collecting feedback and coordinating appropriate actions.
•    Developing and contributing to high-quality internal concierge services and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
•    Strengthening the visibility of the team and developing effective relationships with other internal teams.
•    Ensuring service delivery, processes and deadlines are met in line with internal standards, service commitments and employee expectations.

What you will be working on

You will lead and support the continuous development of Staff Services, including:
•    Supervising daily operational activities and ensuring consistent service quality.
•    Leading, training and mentoring team members to deliver exceptional, hotel-grade service standards.
•    Managing team schedules, workloads and priorities to ensure efficient resource allocation.
•    Monitoring activities and preparing regular performance reports and KPIs.
•    Identifying operational gaps, analyzing root causes and proposing sustainable solutions.
•    Leading operational projects from needs identification and business case development through to provider engagement, process design, testing, deployment and change communication.
•    Identifying opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains and operational innovation.
•    Developing and expanding concierge service offerings and identifying new value-adding services and partnerships.
•    Supporting the development of team members through regular feedback, coaching and individual development plans.
•    Fostering a motivating work environment that encourages initiative, continuous improvement and the sharing of best practices.

What we look for

•    A graduate-level qualification.
•    At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
•    Proven experience in supervising a team and managing administrative activities.
•    Strong project and team management skills, including performance management and decision-making.
•    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
•    Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
•    A pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
•    Strong client and employee orientation, with a focus on service quality and satisfaction.
•    Experience in team leadership and people management, with the ability to coach, motivate and develop staff.
•    Experience in concierge, hospitality or a similar service-oriented environment, demonstrating strong operational knowledge and practical problem-solving under pressure.
•    Ability to analyze operational performance, identify gaps and propose appropriate improvements.
•    Strong administrative capabilities and technical knowledge.
•    Flexibility, adaptability and collaboration.
•    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
•    Fluency in English and French.
