Job Description

We are seeking a Tax Manager in our Alternative Investments team

With passion and purpose, we deliver modern tax services, data-driven solutions and the international tax advice organizations need to succeed. We connect the dots between the insights we uncover and the tangible ways those insights can transform clients’ organizations.
 

What you will be working on

  • You will participate in diversified projects with clients on the Alternative Investments sector (Real Estate, Private Equity and Infrastructure).
  • You will provide our clients tax structuring and tax due diligence advice.
  • You will manage a portfolio of national and international clients mainly in the alternative investments sector.
  • You will play an important role in the further development of our tax practice.
  • You will build and develop excellent client relationships.
  • You will integrate a young and dynamic team, work closely with your experienced consultants, be responsible for supervising and coaching your team and have extensive contact with colleagues worldwide.

What we look for

  • On top of your degree in Economics, Finance or Tax Law, you have at least 5 years experience in a similar function in corporate tax advisory.
  • You have solid knowledge about the Luxembourg tax legislation system and have gained relevant experience in the Private Equity industry.
  • You display a positive and enthusiastic and team spirit attitude and are able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • You are fully committed and ready to share your knowledge with your colleagues.
  • You are fluent in English. French, Luxembourgish and /or German will be considered as an advantage.
