We are seeking a Tax Manager / Senior Manager within our Tax Technical Team

What you will be working on

In this non-client-facing role, you will:

  • Provide strategic support to client service teams by preparing internal firm positions and tax technical guidance to enhance the quality and consistency of tax deliverables.
  • Conduct in-depth tax research, gather data from multiple sources, and collaborate closely with service teams and their subject-matter experts.
  • Enhance our tax knowledge-sharing processes by:
    • Sharing the latest tax developments.
    • Drafting concise summaries.
    • Organizing tax training sessions and contributing to training materials.
  • Support the deployment of innovative search and knowledge-sharing tools.
  • Contribute technical expertise to KPMG’s marketing materials, tax alerts and external professional organizations.

What we look for

  • Previous relevant Tax experience in Luxembourg (from 5 to 8 years).
  • You have both strong analytical skills and ability to summarize and read tax case law.
  • You know and understand the key business targets and priorities of the tax function, in line with the firm’s strategy.
  • You are a team player.
  • You are curious, able to innovate and pragmatically achieve results.
  • You have excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
  • You are well organized and have strong project management skills.
  • You are fluent in English. French will be considered as a great advantage.
