Job Description

As a Tech Lead within the Digital Accelerator departement, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our digital portfolio. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership, ensuring high-quality solutions while driving innovation across the organization.

You will:

  • Lead the technical vision and execution of digital initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.
  • Stay actively involved in development, contributing to high-quality, production-ready code and setting engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with business and delivery teams to translate complex business needs into pragmatic technical solutions.
  • Explore and drive the adoption of emerging technologies, particularly AI-driven tools, Copilots, and automation capabilities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, helping them navigate technical decisions, risks, and opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Ensure solutions comply with security, architecture, and regulatory standards.
  • Mentor and support developers, helping them grow while strengthening the overall technical capability of the department.

What you will be working on

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Define and drive engineering standards, design patterns, and best practices across projects.
  • Lead the architecture and technical design of solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Contribute directly to the development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure alignment between business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Guide teams on Agile practices, estimation, and delivery planning.
  • Evaluate and introduce new technologies and tools, with a focus on AI and digital acceleration.
  • Oversee code quality, security, and compliance, including review processes and automated controls.
  • Manage and mitigate technical risks, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to enhance delivery efficiency.
  • Actively coach and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

What we look for

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in software development, including technical leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong expertise in at least one major technology stack (e.g., .NET, JavaScript/React, Power Platform), with exposure to others.
  • Solid experience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure) and modern architectures.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).
  • Experience with or strong interest in AI technologies (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Copilots, automation tools).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (French or German is a plus).
